Joseph Alindato named Chief Executive Officer of BASKnickerbocker Inc., Joe Bonilla to step down
Effective September 1, 2010ALBANY, N.Y. (08/17/2010) --- BASKnickerbocker Inc. ("BAS"), an Albany, NY-based media and information company, announced Tuesday night that Joseph Alindato, co-founder and Chairman of Knickerbocker Entertainment and Interactive, will be its next Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Joe Bonilla.
Alindato, 24, along with Bonilla and Board Treasurer Antwuan Sims, co-founded BAS in November 2006 and has served in a variety of roles including Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Media Officer, and President at different times.
"As Chairman of Knickerbocker Entertainment and Interactive, Joseph has been instrumental in developing new entertainment assets such as the Knickerbocker Film Festival. As CEO, he'll continue to bring that creativity to a company-wide scale," said Joe Bonilla.
The Board of Directors is expected to vote by proxy on Alindato's confirmation before September 1.
