Joseph M. Bonilla
Jr., better known as Joe Bonilla, is one of the co-founders
of BASKnickerbocker Inc. ("BAS") along with Joseph A. Alindato
and Antwuan M. Sims.
Mr. Bonilla serves
as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer
for BAS. In his role as Chairman, Mr. Bonilla leads the governance
authority over the corporation. As CEO, Mr. Bonilla is in charge of
day-to-day operations of the Company.
In addition to
duties with BAS, Mr. Bonilla serves as a director for the Aurora Foundation
of Northeast, Inc., an Albany-based charitable organization focused
on developing performing arts programs for urban youth, promoting
environmental sustanibility, and organizing a same-sex domestic shelter
for the Capital Region. Mr. Bonilla also chairs the BSA149 Troop Committee
and is the Director of Albany Student Television at the University
at Albany, SUNY.
