Joseph A. Alindato, better known as Joe Alindato, is one of the co-founders of BASKnickerbocker Inc. ("BAS") along with Joseph M. Bonilla Jr. and Antwuan M. Sims.

Mr. Alindato serves as Division Chief of Knickerbocker Pictures. As Division Chief, Mr. Alindato is charged with organizing and developing projects to distribute. Mr. Alindato also serves on the BASKnickerbocker Inc. Board of Directors and is a member of the Media Committee.
