SECTION 1 – All text, articles, artwork, logos, trade design, names, slogans, products, services, and media developed, distributed, and associated with BASKnickerbocker Inc. on basknick.com, valleyvox.com, knickledger.com, and knickfilmfest.com is the sole property of BASKnickerbocker Inc.

SECTION 1.1 – The phrases “challenging tomorrow,” "the world's first community-based company," “finally a film festival has come uptown,” “you can achieve more,” “covering what matters,” and “TV your way” are the property of BASKnickerbocker Inc. and used by brands owned by BASKnickerbocker Inc.

SECTION 1.2 – All content produced by Sunbear, Knickerbocker Entertainment, BAStv, and BAS News is the property of BASKnickerbocker Inc.

SECTION 1.2.1 - Content produced by Trixie Productions is the property of Chau Mui and BASKnickerbocker Inc.

SECTION 1.3 – The brands Knickerbocker Entertainment, Sunbear Design & Media, Knickerbocker Pictures, BAStv, Sunbear, BAS News, Knickerbocker Stage, Design by BAS, BAS Business Solutions, BAS Business Services, the Breakfast Agency, BASCapital, RadioKnick, the BAS Channel, Knickerbocker Records, BAS Music Group, Valley Voice Media, Knickerbocker Television, Knickerbocker HD, VOXVideo, Voice Ledger Media, the Valley Voice, BASfinancial, Knickerbocker Financial, the Knickerbocker Ledger, RadioKnick, Sunbear Media, Sunbear Computer, the Edmund L. Chenette Gallery, Sunbear Music & Arts Festival, and the Knickerbocker Film Festival are under ownership of BASKnickerbocker Inc.

SECTION 1.4 - The brand Trixie Productions is owned by Chau Mui and operated by BASKnickerbocker Inc. under license.

SECTION 2 – All text, articles, artwork, logos, trade design, names, slogans, products, services, and media developed, distributed, and associated with clients under agreement with BASKnickerbocker Inc. on higginsforalbany.com, veronicahorne.com, ethanullman.com, nlccalbany.org, sheehan2009.com, golbyforcommoncouncil.com, atvalbany.com, votechrishiggins.com, sheehanforalbany.com, carr2010.com, and rogerhiggins.com is the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 3 – Licensing and approval for content usage of BASKnickerbocker Inc.-owned and/or operated materials can be obtained by e-mail only to the Office of Information Services at info@admin.basknick.com(Subject Line: License Consent Approval). Approval consent requests will be replied to within one week of request; unauthorized usage of any BASKnickerbocker Inc.-owned and/or operated content will result in legal action taken by BASKnickerbocker Inc. and/or the respective content owner.
