d.truchan@basknick.comDaniel Truchan III was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors on June 7, 2009, succeeding Joseph M. Bonilla Jr. Mr. Truchan joined the Board of Directors on May 11, 2009.
Mr. Truchan is the former President of the Student Association of the State University of New York at Albany ("UAlbany Student Association"), serving from May 2008 to May 2009. As President, Mr. Truchan managed a direct staff of nine executive-level departments as well as a number of adjunctive offices, held external authority over 200 student-operated groups, and held signatory authority over a $2,000,000 operating budget. Mr. Truchan also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dippikill, Inc. of Thurman, NY, a wilderness retreat owned by the UAlbany Student Association, from May 2008 to May 2009.
Mr. Truchan is also enlisted in the United States Army National Guard.
Previously, Mr. Truchan worked with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). Mr. Truchan is a 2009 graduate of the University at Albany, SUNY ("UAlbany"), majoing in Public Policy.
Dustin G. Lanterman

d.lanterman@basknick.comDustin G. Lanterman was named to the Board of Directors on December 13, 2009, subsequently elected as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, also on December 13, 2009.
A Chemung, N.Y. native, Mr. Lanterman served on the University at Albany's University Senate and was part of the Senate Executive Committee and the Senate Strategic Planning Committee.
Previously, Mr. Lanterman has served previously as a member on the Regional Board of Trustees for Corning Community College and as the Chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee for the University at Albany Student Association Senate.
Mr. Lanterman is a 2010 graduate of the University at Albany, SUNY, majoring in U.S. history.

a.sims@basknick.comAntwuan M. Sims was elected Treasurer of the Board of Directors on June 7, 2009, suceeding David L. Juster. Mr. Sims became a full board member on June 7, 2009, previously serving as Chairman of the Shareholders Advisory Board from January 5, 2009 to June 7, 2009.
Mr. Sims currently also serves as Director of Giving and the Challenging Tomorrow Initiative for the Office of the CEO, assuming the position on October 2, 2009. Mr. Sims has been named the incoming Executive Director for the Challenging Tomorrow Initiative, a pre-incorporated non-profit charitable organization set to launch in the summer of 2010.
Mr. Sims is a co-founder of BASKnickerbocker Inc. and has served previously as Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Recordkeeper (now Administrative Vice Chairman). Mr. Sims is also a member of the Incorporators Committee.
Tremayne T. Price

t.price@basknick.comTremayne T. Price was named to the Board of Directors on December 13, 2009, subsequently elected as Administrative Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, also on December 13, 2009.
An Elmira, N.Y. native, Mr. Price is currently the Chairman of the Student Association Senate, the legislative body of the Student Association of the State University of New York at Albany, Inc., in which Mr. Price also served as Chief Legislative Aide and Chief of Staff. Mr. Price also serves on the University Auxiliary Services, Inc. Board of Directors and was a member of the Board of Finance for the UAlbany Student Association.
Mr. Price is currently attending the University at Albany, SUNY, majoring in Public Policy.
Estrella Carchichabla

e.carchichabla@basknick.comEstrella Carchichabla was named to the Board of Directors on March 21, 2010, succeeding Denise N. Guerrero.
Ms. Carchichabla is currently the President of Fuerza Latina at the University at Albany, the largest Latino-oriented undergraduate student organization in the Capital Region. Ms. Carchichabla previously had been an Investigator Intern with the Organization of Judicial Investigation (OIJ) in San Jose, Costa Rica, assisting with law enforcement activities and evidence collection.
Ms. Carchichabla is a 2010 graduate of the University at Albany, SUNY, majoring in Criminal Justice.
Joseph M. Bonilla Jr.

j.bonilla@basknick.comJoseph M. Bonilla Jr. was named Chairman of the Board of Directors on April 5, 2008, succeeding Stephen J.D. Cisar. Mr. Bonilla was elected to a full term on June 22, 2008 and served until June 7, 2009. Mr. Bonilla was also named Recordkeeper of the Board of Directors on June 24, 2007 until June 22, 2008. Previously, Mr. Bonilla served as Vice Chairman from December 22, 2006 to June 24, 2007.
Mr. Bonilla served four consecutive quarterly terms as Chairman and served five consecutive terms as Recordkeeper. Mr. Bonilla also serves as Chair of the Incorporators Committee and as a member of the Media Committee.
Mr. Bonilla served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company from November 22, 2006 through August 31, 2010. Mr. Bonilla has also attended Empire State College and Hudson Valley Community College and currently attends the University at Albany, SUNY.
Mr. Bonilla served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors Aurora Foundation of Northeast, an Albany, NY-based foundation committed working with at-risk youth, combating abusive same-sex relationships and promoting environmental conservation. Mr. Bonilla also serves as Chairman of an Albany, NY-based youth group administrative committee.

Mr. Alindato was named Chief Executive Officer of the Company on September 1, 2010, suceeding Joseph M. Bonilla Jr.
Mr. Alindato served previously as Chief Media Officer, Chairman of Knickerbocker Entertainment and Interactive, and is a co-founder of BASKnickerbocker Inc. Mr. Alindato also co-founded, along with Joseph M. Bonilla Jr., Valley Voice Media in December 2005.
Mr. Alindato is currently attending the University at Albany, SUNY, majoring in Spanish and is a graduate of Hudson Valley Community College.
Richard A. Fazio

A Brooklyn, N.Y. native, Mr. Fazio currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, a position he has held since August 25, 2009. Mr. Fazio was also named Interim President on March 19, 2010 through May 14, 2010.
Mr. Fazio is a 2007 graduate of the University at Albany, SUNY, majoring in Sociology.

A Rockland County, N.Y. native, Mr. Ziegelstein currently teaches for the New York City Department of Education and previously served as Vice Chairman of the Student Association Senate at the University at Albany while attending undergraduate studies there.
Mr. Ziegelstein is a 2010 graduate of the University at Albany, SUNY, majoring in Mathematics and a 2008 graduate of the State University of New York at Rockland.
Stephen L. Guarneri Jr.

A Cooperstown, N.Y. native, Mr. Guarneri currently serves as a member of the University Council for the University at Albany, the governing authority over activities and endeavors for the university as a whole. Additionally, Mr. Guarneri also serves on the Student Association Senate, having been re-elected in the Spring of 2010.
Mr. Guarneri is employed by Printz and Patternz, a Delanson, NY-based promotional materials firm, as their Northeast Regional Representative.
Mr. Guarneri is currently attending the University at Albany, SUNY, majoring in Pre-Law.
David L. Juster

Mr. Juster is currently President of BASKnickerbocker Inc., a position he has held since October 20, 2008. Previously, Mr. Juster had been on the Board of Directors, serving from April 5, 2008 through December 13, 2009. Mr. Juster has previously served as Board Treasurer.
Mr. Juster previously served as the Division Chief of BASCapital (now Sunbear Design & Media), Vice President of the Business Group, and as interim Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Juster is currently President and CEO of Naked Art Inc., an Oneonta, NY-based arts procurement firm and had previously worked with a major international financial services firm.
Mr. Juster is currently attending Hartwick College.
