Bylaws

The Board of Directors is the governance body of BASKnickerbocker Inc. in accordance to the company's bylaws. The board's membership is comprised of management and outside directors who have experience in executive leadership and corporate relations. The board provides management advisement on the direction of the company as well as provides a check

The board meets at least twice a year in the fall and the spring.
